At Rishikul Yogashala, we believe in the transformative power of yoga as a means to control and discipline the mind while respecting its natural tendencies. Our terms and conditions are designed to cultivate a disciplined and systematic approach to the science of yoga.

• Alcohol and Drugs: We strictly prohibit the use of alcohol, tobacco, smoking, or illicit drugs on our premises or during our courses. We uphold an environment that promotes holistic and Ayurvedic living.
• Dietary Guidelines: To fully experience the holistic lifestyle, all participants are required to follow a vegetarian diet during the course. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing outside food.
• Individual Progress: You must understand that the results of your yoga teacher training program depend on your dedication and effort both inside and outside the classroom.
• Punctuality: We expect all students to adhere to the timetable diligently, attending all yoga course classes as scheduled.
• Payment Terms: Our course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances except when the course is canceled by the school. In case of emergencies, we will assess each situation individually and make decisions accordingly.
• Classroom Decorum: Mobile phones, cameras, and recording equipment are strictly prohibited during classes.
• Respect and Cultural Sensitivity: We request that you show respect for your fellow students, teachers, and Indian culture throughout your stay.
• Code of Conduct: The management reserves the right to displace students who do not comply with the rules, engage in disruptive behavior, or show disrespect to the school, teachers, or other students. Such behavior includes violence, excessive use of inappropriate language, threats, or inappropriate activities. In such cases, no fee refunds will be provided.
• Payment Procedure: A payment of $200 is required in advance to confirm your bookings, with the remaining balance of the TTC payments due on the day of admission to our yoga school in Kerala.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from international transactions will be governed by Indian jurisdiction and settled in a competent court in India.

Please ensure you read and understand the above terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to all students and act as a contract once the deposit of $200 is paid.
