You sure are in love with yoga – it deeply connects you to your real self with a deeper realisation of things but there comes a moment of impasse with everything. The same may also happen to you if you are following yoga like therapy every day. Like the way wearing the same kind of cloth is boring or eating the same kind of food makes you intolerant to the taste, same way yoga if followed without change and better understanding can make you grump towards the practise. Yoga is an art that is slowly learned, a taste that develops slowly and a passion that remain to stay close forever. But, if none of this feels close to the yoga you are practising, your yoga love is hitting the dead beat. So here are few ways how you can fall in love with yoga all over again.

  1. Fill Your Yoga Sessions With Fun:

This is something that doesn’t come easy but do require lot of variations in form and pattern. Include sessions of inspirational speech in between your yoga session to keep the spirit moving on. There is nothing better than getting inspired by something positive. Change the kind of music you usually follow while practising yoga so that you feel the difference. Include meditation and hear some acclaimed yogi speak about things while you concentrate on your practise.

     2. Mix Yoga With Travel:

Practising yoga among the same people or behind closed door becomes way too monotonous. Plan a getaway to a calm and rejuvenating place, find a location to spend some time on your own and practise yoga. Practising yoga while you travel is a complete different experience as your mind is free of worries and hassles, the only thing you want to do is relax. So there is nothing and no one stopping you from practising your moves in wilderness.

 3.  Analyse The Difference in You:

Transformation is a compulsion when one starts practising yoga which is why people start embracing yoga as their own skin. The moment you feel little offbeat and seem not to enjoy yoga, do a favour on yourself through introspection. Read your mind and understand your body, analyse the difference that yoga got into you. Focus on physical difference initially and if yoga has helped you in attaining fitness your love for it would start regaining. Also on mental level if yoga has helped you in making you a better person in optimistic way, it will be easy for you to revive your love for yoga.

  4.  Attend Different Workshops And Sessions:

When you practise yoga at one particular studio or under guidance of one single teacher, the form and preaching may occur to you as repetitive. In order to keep your love intact for yoga try to attend as many yoga related workshop you can so that you get to meet people from various aspects of life as well as learn from different preaching. The more you include versatility the more you help yourself in keeping the fire of love burning.

  5. Join Yoga Teacher Training Course:

Sometimes you are bored because it is an indication that you are ready to jump to the next level. Being a student doesn’t interest you anymore or personal yoga practise is no more exciting, then go for the next level and this time get yourself spiritually transformed to being a teacher. There are many yoga teachers training course available which gives you the ability to teach others and inspire others through your continuous motivation.
